GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Guaranteed reservations
All reservations, made with immediate credit card payment - Visa or MasterCard, through our reservation system on the site, in EURO, or via PayPal, and confirmed in writing by the hotel through email by barocco.wave@gmail.com, are guaranteed.
In case of incorrect credit card details or insufficient availability, the reservation is invalid.
Please note that there may be differences between the photos, showing the rooms and the room for the specific reservation. The guest will be accommodated according to the room indicated in the reservation, consistent with the capacity and available rooms.

- Types of reservations according to the prepaid amount
2.1 Standard reservation with deposit
A minimum of 30% of the total amount due – deposit, is required for absolutely every reservation. The rest of the amount due is paid at the reception desk, at the time of accommodation, in order to avoid misunderstandings such as insufficient availability, credit card limits and more. Each deposit is valid for a specific room.
2.2 Reservation with full payment of the amount due - 100% payment.
- Cancellation policy of the Hotel.
Cancellation or reservation changes are requested by the customer and confirmed by the Reservations Department in writing to: barocco.wave@gmail.com
3.1 Reservation with nonrefundable deposit
In the event of cancellation or change in reservations with a prepayment of 30% of the total amount due, the prepaid amount shall not be refunded.
3.2 If the reservation is canceled up to 60 days before the date of arrival by the customer, who has paid the full amount under it, only 70% will be refunded.
3.3 When canceling a reservation less than 60 days before the date of arrival, no paid amounts will be refunded.
- Accommodation and release.
Check-in is possible after 15:00 o'clock and the check-out of the room should be done no later than 10 o'clock. If you arrive late, after 15:00 o'clock please be sure to let us know.
4.1 Your request for early check-in or late check-out can only be satisfied, if possible, after prior clarification with the Reception Department and at an additional charge for the respective fee. For an extension of the stay up to 16:00 o'clock, the fee is 40 EURO, and for the departure after 16:00 o'clock - the full price for the room.
4.2 Each reservation is valid until 12 o'clock on the start date of the stay. Upon arrival after 12 o'clock you will lose both your reservation and the deposit. Each reservation is individual and is charged or canceled as such, when booking more than one room.
- 3 Upon check-in, you must provide your ID card or international passport in order to be registered as a guest of the hotel. The personal data, which we use, are in accordance with the defined in Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament.
- If you leave earlier than the end of the reservation, no refund will be given to the guest.
- Extra beds can be added only in the premises Maisonette and Apartment - no more than 1 piece and upon prior request to the Reception Department. The price for an extra bed is 30 € per night.
A baby cot is available on request and is free of charge.
- Rooms are cleaned daily from 9:00 o'clock to 17:00 o'clock. Bed sheets are changed every 3 days. When leaving the room, please remove the key card from the unit so that the system will recognize that the room is free for cleaning.
- For your convenience, there is a safe-deposit box in every room that we recommend you use. The hotel is not responsible for money, valuables and lost items.
- Smoking inside the hotel is absolutely forbidden. The fine is EUR 200.
- Pets are not allowed on the territory of the hotel and at the beach.
- Letting in guests from outside the hotel, who are not registered guests, is prohibited.
- The guests of the hotel grant the right to video recording on the territory of the common parts, in order for us to observe the safety of all our customers.
- The hotel has private, free parking, which requires advance booking. The hotel is not responsible for any damages caused to cars in the parking lot, but if possible it will help resolve the case.
- Each guest is personally liable for material damages caused by them. The hotel reserves the right to charge a damage charge to the guest's account.
- Please, keep silence in the hours of rest from 14:00 o'clock - 16:00 o'clock and from 23:00 o'clock - 8:00 o'clock
